This has been a really good exercise for me. I must admit, at first I was a little nervous about the sort of feedback I might get, like you I love my business and I’d hate to think my customers thought any different. But the main reason for conducting the survey was to gain some insight in to the places Naked Tan could improve. And I got some great feedback both good and bad from you, so thank you.

Thanks to you, this survey has been the first step in a new direction for Naked Tan. As part of the new direction I’m putting the focus back on you.
