Return & Exchange Policy

1. Delivery and Returns

1.1 Delivery takes place at the time our Goods passes into your or your agent’s physical possession or control, when you collect the Goods or arrange for their collection from us or when ownership of our Goods has passed to you, whichever is earlier. Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for all delivery charges.

1.2 Any date for delivery of our Goods indicated by us is an estimated date for delivery only. We are under no liability for any loss or damage, however it arises (including by our negligence), if the Goods are not delivered by the estimated delivery date.

1.3 Any costs incurred by us, including all transport, handling and storage charges, due to any failure by you to accept our Goods at the time of delivery must be reimbursed by you to us.

1.4 On delivery or collection of Goods, you must inspect them immediately. You must report to us any damage to the Goods or errors in your order within 24 hours (in the case of damaged goods) and within 7 days (in the case of incorrect supply) of receipt of the Goods otherwise we may refuse any claim you make. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number for Goods to be returned to us. We do not accept returns because you have changed your mind about your purchase of the Goods.

When you make a valid claim under clause 1.4 that our Goods are damaged when we deliver them to you or have been incorrectly supplied, we will arrange freight for the damaged or incorrect Goods. We will not accept the return of the Goods if you do not provide the Return Authorization number. We may charge you a handling or re-stocking fee for Goods which we have correctly supplied to order, but you wish to return and if we have agreed in our absolute discretion to accept the return.

2. Orders

2.1 All communications between you and us, including all purchase orders, must be in writing (which includes by email).

2.2 Unless we agree to special arrangements, such as an authorization code, any order we receive from anyone in your employ is deemed to have been placed with your authority and is binding on you.

2.3 No quote is binding on us unless we have prepared and accepted a written confirmation of order.

2.4 We may accept or reject any offer from you to purchase our Goods in our absolute discretion.

2.5 We are not bound to accept any change to any order, after your offer to purchase our Goods has been accepted by us.

3. Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Contact us at info@nakedtan.com.au to get a full list of the products that are not eligible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nakedtan.com.au.

6. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

7.Machine & Gun Warranty

Naked Tan Machines come with a standard voluntary warranty that our Machines will be will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase (Voluntary Warranty). If you find that your Machine does not comply with the Voluntary Warranty (i.e., is defective) you may return it to us within the warranty period provided: (a) you have first contacted us to report your claim and received a Return Authorisation number from us; and (b) you provide to us the  proof of purchase when you return the Goods to us.

If your Machine is found not to comply with the Voluntary Warranty, Naked Tan will repair or replace the Machine at Naked Tan’s election. Naked Tan can provide a replacement Machine at a day rate while your Machine is being serviced if requested.

You are responsible for all transportation and other costs associated with making a claim under the Voluntary Warranty. However, we will reimburse your freight cost by applying a credit to your account if your Voluntary Warranty claim is found to be valid.

The Voluntary Warranty does not apply if the Machine has received maltreatment, inattention or interference or the Machine has not been used in accordance with any care instructions.

If Naked Tan inspects your Machine and determines based on the inspection that your Voluntary Warranty claim is not valid, we will contact you and seek your consent as to what you would like us to do with the Machine. If you instruct us to carry out any repairs, such service will be done at a cost of parts and labou We may charge you a diagnostic fee and handling and transportation charges.

This Voluntary Warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
